Justin  Sheu has 7+ years of experience in real estate finance, with a background in financial analysis, due diligence, acquisitions, and development. He currently works in acquisitions for a real estate private equity fund specializing in single-family residential investments, where he has deployed over $100MM in capital and conducted the due diligence on over $2B in potential acquisitions. In his previous role, he worked in acquisitions at Whitestone REIT, a publicly-traded REIT where he helped the company add an additional $100MM+ in commercial real estate assets to the company's DFW  portfolio. His passion for real estate, development, and problem-solving is what led Justin to help found Legacy Equity Holdings in order to continue to develop solutions to meet the country's real estate needs.

Justin holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
