Timothy Tsang is a lifelong Texan who firmly believes that a growth mindset is the key to excellence. In 2013,  as a fresh UT graduate, Tim decided the practical course would be to work for the family business. Since then, he has managed multiple business units in varying industries such as mortgages, construction,  and materials supply chains.

His  last position was as an Asset Manager at a real estate private equity shop, which currently operates over 4000+ units across 20 markets in the single-family rental space. His duties included auditing financial underwriting, surveilling construction costs and timelines,  and providing financial reporting to the investment committee and its stakeholders.

Today,  his desire to work on high-level objectives has led him to take a  position with HUD's federal field office as a Portfolio Management  Specialist.
